Tribunals Ontario continues to provide services to the public while keeping Ontarians safe. To comply with physical-distancing direction from public health authorities, most staff and adjudicators are working remotely.

Tribunals Ontario is postponing and rescheduling all in-person hearings, and where possible, is moving forward with alternative options such as written and telephone hearings.
